The four annual reports due from each parish are linked below with their due dates. As we began in 2023, Diocesan Council has again set aside $2,500 to be awarded to ONE congregation who has completed all four of these reports by their due dates. Shortly on or after March 2nd, qualifying congregations will be entered into a drawing to be awarded $2,500. Be sure to get your reports in on time. Any parish can be a winner!

Due February 1, annually:

  • (1) EDNIN Parochial Report part 1 FORM - to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Indiana (EDNIN). Contains contact information for Wardens, Vestry Leadership, and Vestry for the current/upcoming year.

Due March 1, annually:

  • (2) DFMS Parochial Report FORM (PR) to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society/The Episcopal Church (DFMS). Contains financial, attendance, and ministry information;

    • Parishes MUST file their reports by March 1st as their system access will be removed on March 2nd by the General Convention office.

    • Please determine WHO will be your primary Parochial Report entry person and have them coordinate the entry. Missioner Michelle can reset passwords and assist with most access issues.

    • From 2024: If you used the online parish service register, that was deployed at the beginning of 2024, a great deal of your statistical information can be imported. More details can be found here: www.parishregister.episcopalchurch.org/

    • EDNIN new PR Template <= This form contains Missioner Michelle’s mapping of the previous 2023 parochial report format to the newer 2024 format.

  • (3) Diocesan Convention Delegates FORM to the EDNIN. Registers the voting delegates for this year’s convention.
    ** PLEASE ensure that all delegates chosen to attend Diocesan Convention are aware of the requirement to have a device with them on convention day that allows them access to their email for voting purposes. **

  • (4) EDNIN Parochial Report part 2 FORM to the EDNIN. Contains contact information for clergy and other staff as well as salary and property information for the current/upcoming year
